banshee suspension settings

I was just curious what other people set their suspension settings to, or if anyone had any recommendations as to what I should set mine at. Im 6'4 250lb, and ride mostly trails with sandpits when we can find them. Right now, its at the stock settings. I like the way it rides now, but I was wondering if I could make it better. I was thinking of setting the front springs on softer settings to take the bumpy trails better, but am not sure if it will want to roll a lot more and make corners harder to take.

How does the rear shock dampening and rebound adjustments affect the ride?

Re: banshee suspension settings

stock front shocks with stock a arms ride well at the softest setting.

In the rear, I set the compression on zero and rebound on maximum, and i liked it.
