Idle adjust 87 big bear 350

Hi all new here and new to atv's(my first one). Just picked up a descent 87 big bear 350 4x4 old but in good shape. The idle is way to low and it wants to stall after about 5 to 10 seconds of running. Looked on the carb still not sure how to adjust the idle. Is it the piece that has the spring on it? Turned that in all the way and out no change. I've orderd a manual for it but won't be here for a few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Post idle prob

My friend had a big bear 350 as well and he had the same problem, for the longest time he thought he just had to adjust the idle control but he tore off his carb after a while tore it all down and cleaned it then replace the fel lines cause i guess there was some dirt in there and the thing has been running better every since, so ur carb might just need to be cleaned. You should be able o get the manual right off the internet thats what he did then you dont have to wait for one to come.
