2000 trail blazer

have 2000 trail blazer that i can not get to run right. drained gas, put in new, new air and fuel filter.starts fine, but will not run faster does not flood,set carb. need help[*]

Last year, I had a snowblower that did "weird & wonderful" behavior as well. New gas, new plug, tweaked its jets, etc. etc. Darn thing would NOT idle very steady and during its upper revs, it did very weid things as well. With some engines, even a little sand crystal stuck within its jets makes it behave wild. Rarely do I gave up!!!

Took it to my small engine guy down the road, he installed a new carb kit in it, cleaned the carb out and it's been running better since day one. You may want to investigate its float setting and/or the gaskets within its carb. Worked for my snowblower!!!
