Ice Racing questions

I am interested in any info you all might have about ice racing set ups. I am a novice and just dabble in it on a local lake. I goof off on the lake but this year I would like to try a real race, but it seems to me that the rear tires slip too much. I have rear 18x9.5x8 ice racing tires and 1 ice screw per nob (332 screws per rear tire) do I need more? Mine are used so maybe that is part of the prob? It just seems too loose in the back, rear end wants to come around in sharp corners. The front holds fine and I am just using sheet metal screws for now. Any help would be appreciated. Any and all sugestions welcome. Thank you for your time.

I ride a slightly modified 86 250R with stock suspension.
