SOme advice please...

OK, took my new Raptor out for the first time on Sunday, DAMN I had fun, I love this thing. Besides jumping it into a tree and pushing the cheesy little front bumper about three inches in, Everything was amazing. I need to change the grips in this thing though, they are ripping up my hands, any suggestions, what are good comfortable grips?

Re: SOme advice please...

I use Fox Racing Flexair gloves with the stock Raptor grips and have no problems.

Got some pics of the crash?

Re: SOme advice please...

Look at the FMF 909 grips. I'be used them ever since the came outon both my Warrior and my Raptor. They make a medium and a hard compouind.

Re: SOme advice please...

I guess I've got hand warmers on my four-wheeler and they don't seem to bother my hands at all. I guess I ride a lot for work on the ranch and stuff in the summer so I get calluses, but when I ride my snowmobile, I use Mechanix gloves and they seem to work very well. Seems like they are always even warm no matter how cold it is or how wet they are and they provide good protection.

Re: SOme advice please...

I use Mechanix M-Pact series. They cost about $40 though.
