I just replaced mine and used a similar bearing from Napa. I'm not sure I did it correctly, but I installed the bearing with the tapered side facing the diff. and the tapered retainer facing the wheel. When I lined it up on a bench, it seemed that this would make the most sense. Hope I was right!
I've had them in for a while now with no ill effects.....(Maybe I shouldn't have said that....)
