I went riding this weekend and upon closing my hood (sled running) I noticed my tachometer go to 0 rpm. I wasn't sure what was wrong, but then I noticed that my hand warmers were not working. Then I checked the rest of the electrics only to find that I now have no headlight, no tailight/brake light, no ignition lights, no gauge lights. In other words if it's electric, it ain't workin'.

I checked the connections at both ends of the wiring harness and I did not find any loose connections or broken wires. I haven't done a continuity test yet. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? Is a common problem with a '95 Indy Storm 800? If so it there a common fix?
