My 1990 Indy 650 has always had between 118 and 120 in all three.

I have 5000 miles on it and haven't checked for skirt cracks either. Hopefully since I'm running stock RPMs (8200) I won't see skirt problems for a while yet (Friends of mine running pipes and changing the clutching for 8700 rpm have broken skirts many times).
