[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/tongue.gif[/img] In the CJs, Brian...the length of the coil wire was used as a way of reducing the voltage by line loss. Like the wire was it's own resistor. If you shorten the wire, you increase the volts. You could use the new GM HEI in your 304....it takes a full twelve volts right to the distributor.[img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
