I have an offset drag link, stepped in the middle so it is parallel with the tie rod, but I know what you mean about the point at the steering arm and point at pitman arm needing to be closer to same height as each other. I have a drop pitman, no raised steering arm though. I'll look into it. Or just machine one myself.
