My air filter is getting nasty- smells of fuel and has sticky oily substance where the hose/tube comes from the valve cover vent/PCP valve.

Is this because I have too much oil in the system? So much that it is being flung upwards and out the hose as the engine operates?

Anyone had similar problem?
