Alberta mud - and engine questions

Well, I finally went wheeling with another truck today and what a blast I had..

The mud up here in Alberta is some stickyass stuff, the kind of gumbo that sucks your boots off real quick. Sure is alot different wheeling in the mudflats as opposed to the mountains back in vancouver.. what a change..

no more crawling and spotting, just drop the hammer and have at er.

Well, I got burried 5 times, buddy got burried 4 times, his 8274 was working half the day sucking us out... damn i need a winch.

The beater performed pretty good, the old G80 seems to have locked up on itself or something cause it was digging pretty good.

Now the question... after splashing thru the mud holes, the truck was loosing alot of power and misfiring; any idea where the water would be coming in??? this sound like water going down the carb, or some sort of electrical problem like moisture in the cap??

Any ideas guys??

Pics to follow.
