I know this is a joke but I have been thinking of something similar for some time now. I was looking at a 80's chevy flat bed the other day and thinking if I pulled the bed I could make some ramps that started behind the rear wheels and then sloped up over the tires and back down. This would alow a trail jeep to drive on to the back of the truck and sit fairly low. Here is a pict to help explain. Sadly I am in no position to build such a truck or to build up my jeep enough to be trail only.
