Yeah, it's WAY too much for 31's, but who says you'll be running those much longer?[img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] You might decide you want some 33's or 35's down the road[img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] SOA is probably a bit much, to say the least, for your needs. I'd suggest a nice lift from Rubicon Express or Skyjacker.
