Re: What induces \"shackle inversion\"?

I had this happen to me a few years back. With new springs the arch took up some of the travel in the stock shackle causing it to ride more of a center line straight up and down. Stock shackles should be kicked forward to allow the spring to flex and the shackle to travel with out going over center. Buy having the arch in the spring this effectivly shortens your shackle letting it ride more to the center line,(straight up and down) when the spring flexes it flips back or inverts. Did you get the right springs for your Jeep, or are they installed correctly. I 'm assuming this is on a new install.
