I was thinking of putting a stiffer throttle return spring on the throttle body of my '98 S-10. It might sound like a stupid idea, but I like the possibility of really having to mash on the pedal, and when you're running desert washes, a quick-responding throttle would be a good idea...
Does anyone know if doing this (I was just going to add on a carbuerator spring to add to stiffness) is going to affect anything in the long haul? I won't do it if it's going to affect my emissions or anything like that.
