did you clean out the bellcrank? its just a hollow tube.. so it can get filled with crap... put some clean grease in it...
is everythig lined up correctly.. it should be in a straight line.. mine is all messed up.. due to body damage.. and i dont have problems with it..
not only straight.. but everything should be tight..side to side.... so even if those plastic peaces wear out.. it should still work enough to get you home.. sounds like something isnt lined up correctly..
