I think I saw tha bumper at Fly-N-Hi here in Arizona. They are pretty much a local shop but they do mailorder business nationawide. They have their own fab shop that builds the Pre-runner style bumpers(and a whole bunch of other stuff). They do so many custom bumpers that probably no two look alike.
