Absolutely. There's two M8 bolts right under/behind the steering's column plastic "cowl". U will need Torx (don't remember the #) bit and a ratchet extension. May be tight....it's usually Loctite'd.
Once you remove those two buggers, the steering column drops down just enough so u can remove the steering column switch block (four screws and two electr. plugs), and then instrument cluster and then dashboard. Fairly easy I'd say (compare to pulling dashes off other vehicles :-).
