I run the large TRE on both my TR and my draglink. Application is 85 Chevy blaxer 4x4; part number is ES2234R. For the other side I am using a dodge TRE; it is same size (7/8" shank) and has left hand threads; I think the left hand side chevy might have something funky going on but am not sure about that. I am using rods from http://www.rockstomper.com, and went with their recommendations for the TRE's. Part number for the left one was ES2010L; 78 Dodge PU w/ 3/4ton front axle.

You'll need a tapered reamer to retaper your knuckles from the top to the bottom. I've heard Snap-on sells one for around $40 that will work for a few trucks before it wears out.
