Skyjacker makes a 2" lift system for your truck, and their systems are all spring. I think Rough Country makes one in the 2 to 3 inch area, but I forget the exact amount. If that fails you could always get some 2" springs and put some of http://www.OffRoadDesign.com's 1" zero rate add a leaves on for 3" of lift.
