The torsion bar cranking should mean absolutely nothing. You didn't gain extra travel; you only made it higher! But if you can get away with the ZR2 shocks then go for it. My only concern would be the upstroke, where the tire comes up to the fenderwell. You will need to see if the shock shaft will go all the way into the body at full compression.
As for the back, the shackle lifted rear end will probably need the longer shocks. I'm surprised no one else has thought of using ZR2 shocks for their rigs! Normally Bilsteins don't make a shock for a "lifted" vehicle; they were only made for stock height unless you went with their more expensive series, but this is a good idea!
