Yes you can remove the T/C without removing the transmission. Just remove the stick shift, unbolt the t/c from the transmission (place a jack stand or some support under the transmission), remove the driveshafts, cross member, etc. and carefully remove it. Of course it sounds easier than it actually is [img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/wink.gif[/img].
