Be informed (2000 TJ frozen starter bendix.

Just a note

After our 14 inches of snow Tuesday morning the drive to work was great fun.
When I tryed to start the jeep to go home the starter bendix was frozen. The starter would just spin.
Had to spin starter enough until it warmed up an released the frozen moisture condition.
Must have got snow in there some how.
The next morning it was f__n cold like -22. It took an in-car heater warming the starter about 15 minutes before I could start the jeep.

Plan to check with dealer on this problem.

Many of you got your wish for President.

Cheers
