Bout to purchase my first 4x4 classic truck. I could really use some opinions and insight into the classic scouts ii's.

What are the pros and cons to buying this or any classic IH Scout II?

Im thinking of buying this today. Its original, 3 owners. A few parts have been replaced, an oil gasket needs replacing and there is surface rust on the windshield and back windows.

"All original paint and interior Scout II. Clean as a whistle never modified, lifted, or otherwise changed from original condition. 304 V8 with 2 bbl carb, auto transmission and 105,000 original miles. I'm the third owner and this is a classic vehicle. The 4 WD lock out hubs work perfectly. This is a strong truck that is licenced and inspected and runs down the road perfectly. The matching set of Goodyear Wrangler tires are less than a year old and in perfect shape. This is a one of a kind Scout II. Clear Texas title in my name."

Also, what are lock out hubs? Sorry Im ignorant with 4x4s.
