Soak it in penetrant first. I prefer Kroil, but PB Blaster works well too. Don't use WD40 - it's useless. Use a 6-point socket, not an open-end, box-end or 12-point. If it doesn't open readily, let the penetrant soak in longer. It might take a couple of days. Finally, if nothing else works, heat around the fitting as best you can with a torch and then try. If it still doesn't open, add penetrant as it cools and repeat the cycle several times.

EVERYTHING's easy for the guy who doesn't have to do it.
