I got my Oregon registration and plates today. I am so excited that I can drive the Jeep legally now. The DMV wanted to make sure that I lived in the state, so I had to bring a letter form the school. I felt like a younger kid getting a note from mommy and daddy. Oh well. I am so excited. The VIN inspection went well too. I showed her the J7 and the serial number on the frame and she said good enough. Big thanks to everyone that helped me look for the VIN. I am so happy. Just thought I would share. Only thing is now I need an Oregon license in the next 30 days or if I get caught they will take my California license and impound the Jeep. Ouch. But right now everything is great.
