We have(had) a branch office in Metairie, LA - which basically is a VERY close suburb of New Orleans.

Louisiana pays about $25 per year in property taxes. Now, I'm not one to promote taxation - but think about how well-funded their public schools are?

When talking to our rep from New Orleans, he always would (in his southern 'Orlean drawl)

"Seeeauuuuunnn.... they's all jus' DUM!!!!!"
