Well if indeed you have a plastic valve cover on a 91 YJ 4.0 L motor. I might suggest you get an Aluminum valve cover,(stock from dealer) from a 91 or 92 XJ should fit with no issues. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
