There is a high-altitude jumper wire you will want to connect; it is usually found taped inside one of the wiring harnesses. You'll also want to change your timing. If you time according to the factory specs, anywhere between 16-12 BTDC will do.
Find a local jeep club or a friend or two before you venture alone in the mountains.......Enjoy Denver!
