Superduty overloads on F-150

I have a set of Superduty rear over load springs from an F-250. I was wanting to use them as add-a-leaves in the back of my truck. Someone told me they had doen this, but will it work? The springs look to be the same width, but is there anything else to be concerned with?

Also, I figured while the springs wer eout I would go ahead and dpo the bushings. How hard are they? Soem have said hard as crap, soem say no problem. Would go poly if I did them.
