Re: s-10 on a 1/2 ton frame

I trail ride with a guy that runs that setup but he used a fullsize blazer frame instead. Another one of my buddies did it with a blazer body but he had to shorten the frame quite a bit. Anyway, with the truck version, he set the cab back a little to give some firewall room and has cropped down the box and frame to make a shorter rig. The radiator sits out past the s-10 front end so he had to make brackets and a protector for it. He also trimmed out the front fenders to make room for the tires. Here's a couple picts I have of it from some trail rides we were on together. Let me know if there are any other questions. If I can't answer them, I'll ask him when I talk to him next. He likes it though and is happy with it.
