We went 8 days with no power after Isabel . We have gas heat and a gas water heater with city water . I was able to take a nice hot shower the whole time I was "home camping" . I lost 2 trees but otherwise we faired ok . Glad to hear you did alright .
They just finished picking up all the debris here in my neighborhood today , so dont be in a hurry !
