Be prepared to deal with a lot of crap . Recently they've taken to damaging my stuff , usually I don't have to worry with USPS unlike UPS . In the last month , they have cost me about $80 in parts/products . To make a claim , you have to produce a reciept for the goods' value , how I'm suppose to do that when I build this stuff is beyond me . Anything really worth over $20 I do insure it , at least that way the customer can get things taken care of when they arrive damaged . You just need to make them up a reciept showing what they paid for it so they are reimbursed .
