Zippys right on the prep thing for the paint... if you go the extra step and purchase the paint also prior to getting Earl Schieb to squirt it it'll really come out nice. I've seen some $300 paint jobs done thata way and you'd swear that the guy spent thousands...

What you're payin for in the body shops is the prep... so take your time to prep to your satisfaction, get somebody that knows something about body work. I've heard of guys going to the local junior colleges and taking a body shop class just to paint their vehicles...
