2006 DS90 will not idle

I purchased new two DS90 4 strokes and they have about ten hours on them.
The both DS90 will only run if you give it throttle as soon as you let off it dies out. Both DS90 when new were working fine.
I do not see a way to turn up the idle.
What is causing this problem?

air filters clean? air fuel mixture screw.
