2003 arctic cat 90

I have heard that the arctic cat 90 has a couple of speed limiters. Does anyone know what and where they are and how to get rid of them. Thank you for any help.

there is a 1/4 inch bushing in between the the belt pully, it stops the pully from moving together all the way...which only lets the bike do 15 mph. remove that, and the bike will do about 30 mph, it also will now cruise at 15 mph without the motor screaming.
