xtreme 100 isssue

My brother just bought an extreme 100 for his grandson. The guy that sold it to him said it won't start. he said the kids were riding it and it quit. Thought it was out of gas, but not the issue. Seems to be getting fire to the plug and pleny of gas. Any ideas. Was thinking it may have a wiring issue or something, but need a wiring diagram. From a quick glance at it, there does appear to be a safety switch int he rear below the seat. Not sure if this is an aftermarket part or not. I know I haven't provided a lot of information, but I only took a quick look at it . ANy help or suggestions would be greatly apprciated!
