Horrible customer service I have been trying to order parts for a BAJA 50 since 6/2/06. Things started off ok but went down hill fast.
At this point Karl will not even return my emails. Some of the CSR's are so rude, it makes wonder if their mnagement even cares.
Call back from management - now that's a joke!!! They will not call me and I have asked countless times.
Finally I received one part, no packing slip or any documentation. I still have two parts on order with no idea when I will get them. I have been told every week since 7/3 the parts are "in receiving".
Karl started out responding well but now he will not respond. I asked hm several times to call me but he will not do it.
