Default 198? 199? yamaha champ 100

I am really stuck. Without spending 65 on a shop manual I cannot seem to find any info on the champ 100.

I am trying to set the timing after tearing the motor down.

I see a mark on the head to time the cam, but I cannot figure out the |F| |T marks on the crank.

the first line in that diagram is TDC i mean dead on the top of the stroke. the rest I dont understand I would think the f is for fire and the t would be for top dead center but it is not. the quad fires way before it makes it up to the first mark.

Please help me I bought this quad as a gift. I though it would be easy but I cannot find any info.

Thanks in advance for your help.
