The starter only. You can test it by applying 12 volts to the starter direct. You said it just made clicking sound and that sounds like the relay kicking in, that is what mine was doing. I pulled the starter and tried to get it to turn over but it would not. I ordered a new starter, took almost 2 months to get it, but it did fix the problem.

This is what they e-mailed back to me:

Good day-
If the Battery is fully charged and the ATV is making a clicking noise I believe it would be the ignition coil.

Well I order that. got it real quick. But did not change anything. Still clicks. I'll go try the putting 12volt straight to the starter. Thanks for your help VH191

OK took the starter off. I hooked it up to 12 volt and it turned just fine... Any more suggestion???

OK, This is what I have done... I order a ignition coil and put that on. Did not work.. I took the starter off and hook it up straight to 12 volt. Turned just fine. Hooked the hot and ground back up but did not put the chain around the starter. It worked just fine... So I put the chain around it and nothing. just clicks once... any ideas... My wife is getting mad... lol

I have a 125 cc dirtrunner. I had bent my foot shifter and had to take it off. What is the part number, how much is it, and what number would I call to order the part.

Second, my kid also has a 150 cc extreme atv, the thumb throttle is very far out, we tried to adjust it but had no luck. Any tips on how to adjust the thumb throttle?

I purchase my go-kart in a local Miami Pep Boys Auto parts on September 20, 2006 (pick it up a week later 9/27/06)
I used the go-kart for about a week and now the electrical ignition switch does not work. The ignition switch is dead, nothing
happends when I turn the key.

I file a claim (ID# LJU13) with your costumer service dept. about a week ago and no one has called me yet to tell me where
to take my go-kart for warranty service. I faxed the title and the purchase receipt like the guy told me and nothing has happened.

Can I do something simple to fix the problem or do I need to take the go-kart to a service center?

Please help, My kid wants to drive his go-kart and the go-kart has being in the garage for almost 2 weeks with no use.

Default Re: Complaint about Baja Motorsports

Purchased a Baja 250 for my 12 year old daughter.Aug.6/06 Worst piece of junk ever. After 3 weekends of use the transmission or driveshaft quit working. Now, a month of empty promises later (from Baja Motorsports) I am informed there is no warranty because the quad was abused. (I guess because the tail light lens is cracked) The quad has never even been on its side and has 50 miles. The "warranty mechanic" said there was no signs of abuse. It seems as if Baja is looking for an excuse not to warranty. Talked to the manager of the "warranty repair shop" and she said they will no longer do Baja work because of the lack of integrity at Baja. I have a $3000 boat anchor with 50 miles on it and a $2000 repair bill to make it move again. Does Baja have any mediation process other than a lawsuit or ombudsman to solve this problem and the fly by night reputation you have achieved in Canada ?
