In repsonse to Karl aka Baja Employee. He finally answered to this because I sent him the link.

I listen just fine. The problem is he refuses to communicate. If you would like I will post the many emils here that you have refused to respond to.

Granted, you only work there and don't control everything but you can respond to request for information and asistance.

How many times did you not respond? You call that helping someone? I don't think so.

Why is it that you will not give me someone above you to talk to?

You can have them call me, I have given you my number enough times. I have requested a management call back numerous times but they refuse to do so.

I won't bite them, I just want to make sure someone in management, above Karl, knows what we, their customers, are going through.

The question is; do they want to know or care? No response or refusing to respond indicates NO to that question.

If I am wrong, then have someone call me.

This is his email to me today after I emailed him the link to this site. Oh by the way the agent I spoke to today told me he was not in today.

Good day-

I am confused I see a link to an off-road online forum where a Baja employee helps customers on his free time. You can email the employee yourself his profile is under Baja employee. I have answered your emails I told you the parts are on back order and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

This is what he calls an answer.

I have at least 4 emails that I sent him without a response.

thanks for the reply, I sent an email to service@bajamotorsports.net to see if we can resolve this. I apologize for my hostility in this post but I am truly frustrated when I have emailed and called the sales rep and have not gotten a response. Lets see what type of service you can give me.

in response to vh191

To be completely honest his email had nothing to do with customer service, he just sent me a link to this site. I am the reason he used this site, why would i not already know about this blogg?

This is the complete email.

Your refusal to reply to me is reflective of your companies desire to service their customers.

Check this out.

You have a lot of unhappy customers and I don’t think you or the management of Baja Motorsports really cares.

This is becoming petty and pointless so i will no longer respond to his postings on this forum. Vern, if you have a question i have not already answered please email me. You know the email address service@bajamotorsports.net

ON June 26th of this year I purchased a 250 Baja Wilderness Atv, from Canadian Tire in Ontario. I have had nothing but problems with the company since I bought it. I have repeatedly tried to speak to Baja about damaged or missing warranty parts and been told "tough...the case is closed...you must be have abused the machine...driving through water and rough terrain." It is an Atv not a baby carriage, and besides, a lot of the parts I am asking for were supposed to be covered from the beginning. My main concerns were related to safety issues and they did not seem to care at all. I am a Mazda Master Technician and I know what I am talking about when it comes to motors and safety.

I have since contacted Transport Canada, who is opening an investigation, and Canadian Tire Head Office, who is also launching an investigation.

Anyone who has one of these Atv's needs to be careful. And Good Luck if you need any help from Baja!

We have 2006 baja 90 wilderness. We got to ride it about 4 miles (that's it). Ran fine up to this point, then started to act up. go about 20 feet die, start 20 feet die. Like it was not getting any fuel. But it was. We were only able to run it the 20 feet on half choke. Would not start or run any other way. I don't know what to check. Now it won't start at all. Battery is fully charged. When we push the start button it just clicks once. Anyone have these problem? Thank...

I recently had a similar problem with the starting, not the choke issue. It was a bad starter.

Did you just replace the starter and/or ignition coil? I was going to start with the coil. So should I try the stater first?
Thanks for your help...
