alpha sport kolt 50

have alpha sport kolt 50 for grandchildren need to know what is possibly wrong with it hope someone can help . won't start at time for instance last week we went out to start it and everything was fine. went out today and it would not start this happens alot lately when it starts they ride it for hours and cut it off and it may start and it may not need help
