I would give the guys at Hetrick Racing a call for help with your LT80. Rich has alot of experience with the Suzuki's.

Looking for troubleshooting suggestions for my daughters bike. I just bought it for a song and I am not sure I made a right choice. Need Help! I have Spark. I have compression (New Piston and Rings). I have fresh Gas(Carburator rebuilt). I have confirmed tha the reeds are good. No excess fuel in the Crank and all electrical is Good to Go according to the test completed using the service manual. Oh Ya, I have a new battery also!
Lotsa new stuff comming in for my little girls bike and I can not get it to run(Just bought for a heck of a bargain)!
Thanks for any assistance

Im not sure if this bike has a spark arrestor, but if it does, it may be plugged up...try disconnecting the the muffler, just to see if it fires up, dont run it long that way...but if it starts,,,then that may be the problem???
