Rentals and trails in and around Las Vegas

I am hoping someone may be able to lead me in the right place. I have a group of 50 people coming to Las Vegas next March or April and they want to rent off-road vehicles – preferably jeeps – 12 cars with 4 people per car. They would love to a 5 to 6 day tour in and out of Vegas to other locations nearby ie Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, etc. Do you know of a company that rents the vehicles and/or offers these types of tours? We will also need a mechanic to accompany them. I woudl appreciate any words of wisdom.
