raush creek is just bit of a ways up 83 in PA here is the site.

http://www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.org/home.asp other wise look into West VA. thinkin of gettin some private property there just to do some 4 truckin.

hey check out greenridge, its all technically legal roads but its an orv park and if your in a licensed vehicle its fine, if you arent you gotta go to this place and get a sticker, look it up and they should have a phone number but if you have a truck or something its great trails, just make sure you bring another truck and some come alongs or tow straps cause the trails are pretty slippery and steep in some places, its near paw paw wv but still in md

Green Ridge State Forest (Flinstone, MD) - Nice 18 mile offroad loop

Near Deep Creek Lake there's Savage and a few other spots

Assateague Island - sand/beach driving

George Washington National Forest - North River (Dry River) District is really nice, but it is located near HArrisonburg, VA

Rausch Creek - Hazelton, PA
