1979 Suzuki GS750 L running on two cylinders

i just bought a 1979 suzuki gs750 L, shes in decent shape. The problem is it is only running on two cylinders. It will idle but bog out as soon as I give it gas. When the motor gets nice and hot the other two cylinders start working. I need some advice before I start taking it apart, any suggestions?
