Sealed Headlamps?

I have a problem with my 1976 TS185's headlamp, ok it's more than just a problem, the bulb is out and it's a sealed unit. [Stanley 001-1372]. I do understand that I can simply go and buy one off EBay, however I would prefer to modify the lamp so that I can have the the ability to replace the bulb (6 V30/30) anytime it goes out. Can somebody help me?
