Need some help on a DT 175

I just recently picked up a '90 175 DT and I also have some trouble starting it like the person with the last thread, I am going to use the info from that thread but my problem is I dont have any specs on what spark plug I need because the kid before me used the wrong one, I would appreciate if anybody could tell me what I'm lookin for

Best thing to do would be to go the nearest honda shop and ask them what spark plug to use it will most likely be a ngk but not sure which one it will be....

I have a 1980 mx175 someone had tried screwing the wrong spark plug in and only got it started one or two threads and messed them all up so I bought a Clymer manual off ebay which says what spark plug to get and I got the right spark plug (NGK b8es) so I took the head off and scraped the carbon build up out of the threads and screwed the correct spark plug in through the other side to form the threads back to where they were supposed to be and then the spark plug screwed in fine I looked in my manual which covers DT&MX bikes from 1977-1983 and for all the DT 175 bikes it says NGK b8es or Champion N-2 or N-3 but your bike is a 90's you should get a manual off ebay there very handy or you could get a b8es spark plug off ebay for a buck or two and see if it looks like the same thread and try screwing it in by hand.
