Problems with my Suzuki rm

Hello!
I am new here and I proboble live very far from you. My english is not god but will manage somehow. I have bouth a Suzuki rm 125 1986 in peaces. I rebuilt the engin completle but I have trobul with ignition. I do not understand haw do I set it. I have two coils on the outside (stator) and magneto whell (rotor). The wiring goes out from the coils to the litle black box and from there to the ignition coil. Haw do I set this??????
Help!!
